Welcome to the Utleiraløpet 2026, which takes place on Saturday, June 13, with the start and finish at Utleirahallen. This tough trail race includes a 21 km Forest Marathon, as well as recreational classes without timing. The course mainly runs through Estenstadmarka and offers varied challenges with gravel, forest trails, bogs, and muddy sections. There are also several distances for participants of all ages, including 5 km, 10 km, and children's races of 600 meters and 2 km.
Highlights
- Utleira Forest Marathon is the newest addition to the Utleira Race and was held for the first time in 2023.
- The course trail is suitable for those who can handle the burn of lactic acid and enjoy varied running paths with everything from gravel, forest trails with roots, to marsh and mud sections.
- There will be an open hall with a kiosk and activities for children after the kids' races.
